I had opened my first gallery just a few months before and this was my first exhibition with an artist that my parents did not represent before. Out of the blue, the local TV station Hamburg 1 called and wanted to interview me about the artist, Lois Wagner. Later I would be a guest on that show on a regular basis but this first time I remember I was so nervous I could barely think straight until we went on air and all of a sudden it all came back to me and I did ok.
The exhibition was quite involved. Wagner created wall-filling paintings/reliefs that were made from driftwood.
