David Cerny is the most prominent artist of the Czech Republic with more than 20 public art installations in Prague alone and a four-story museum dedicated to only his art. One of his landmark sculptures is now on permanent display in Santa Monica. At the corner of Lincoln and Colorado, "Eraserhead," a portrait of David Lynch, can now be viewed from the street.
